Horse tartare during Pittsburgh restaurant’s Quebecois-themed cooking upsets activists

PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh grill is causing a stir after portion equine meat.

KDKA-TV reports that Cure Restaurant hosted a special cooking with Canadian chefs Monday. The Quebecois-themed transport enclosed equine tartare.

Horse gratification disciple Joy Braunstein says she was angry to hear that equine was served. Braunstein says that there are no American massacre plants that hoop horses. She says that horses are given remedy that is poisonous to humans if ingested.

Cure cook and co-owner Justin Severino expelled a matter explaining that a beef was sourced from a tolerable equine plantation in Canada. Severino says that a plate is not partial of a unchanging menu.

Horse is served in Canada and other countries.

Braunstein has started an online petition to anathema equine beef from being served in Pennsylvania restaurants.
