A former clergyman and volleyball manager in Wakaw, Sask., has been fined $10,000 and has mislaid his training certificate for a year over several veteran bungle complaints.

Lyle Gartner was indicted of slapping and grabbing 5 students’ bum in opposite situations over a four-year span.
