Flyers owner Snider celebrated with statue outward home arena

Philadelphia Flyers owner Ed Snider will be celebrated with a 9-foot bronze statue outward a Wells Fargo Center.

Snider founded a group in a 1960s and remained authority until his genocide in Apr 2016. The statue will be denounced on Oct. 19 to symbol a 50th anniversary of a Flyers’ initial home diversion in 1967.

Chad Fisher, of Fisher Sculpture of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, combined and built a 1,300-pound bronze statue, that will mount on a 3-foot bottom encased by plain granite.

Flyers boss Paul Holmgren will be among a dignitaries vocalization during a event.
